Responsibilities
Call prospective donors through automated dialer in call center to request financial support and raise public awareness for client programs. Utilize client approved script and Complete Call techniques to persuade donors to make a gift by communicating details of client programs, facts and through overcoming common objections to making donations. Record reactions of prospects through accurate dispositioning by keying data onto dialer terminal. Notify management of donor requests. Give accurate information to donors about our clients. Attend advanced trainings as needed.
